Isn't it expected to struggle when things are different from what you're used to for so long? I guess if I rarely saw the sun, if I suddenly had to experience it for a week straight, I'd probably not be too keen to see it again anytime soon. [Perhaps if they could be eased to it, but a week of it after spending so much time without it sounds horrendous. Too much at once of anything would deter many.]

I think I'm very biased, but I think I lived in quite a nice place. It was beautiful and I do love the sound of the ocean. I can't help but get homesick often. The people here have been so nice though, so I think I've not felt bad about not seeing home because I can enjoy the company of others. [She taps her finger against the tip of his nose.] Like you!
